I came to Sydney for a 2nd time with my sisters from Tura Beach (6 hours away) to find my dream dress as I had no luck the first time in Sydney. The White Gallery was the perfect place to do this. Jocie made us all feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She listened to everything I wanted and even picked my dream dress for me! Thank you so so much to Jocie for the most gorgeous experience at The White Gallery. Visiting this bridal store was SO worth the flight from Melbourne to Sydney 🤍✨. Now I know why I couldn’t find the one in Melbourne. 🤭
Both ladies made the experience so easy & straight forward as well, and the shop is absolutely beautiful 🫶🏻.
We had such a warm and friendly & welcome when we arrived and it felt very personal. The dress I had travelled for was pulled off the rack and set up ready for me to try on, and this made the process so much more seamless and less over whelming.
This was by far my favourite store I visited and would recommend it to any brides to be in Sydney/ surrounding cities.

My experience at The White Gallery has been nothing but wonderful! I am so excited to have found my wedding dress with the help of Jocie and Alex. From the beginning, they were warm, welcoming and genuine. The showroom and selection of wedding gowns are absolutely beautiful. I never once felt pressured, and they worked with me to find the dress that felt perfect for me. I wanted to write this review to help other brides who are searching for their wedding dress and hoping to make the right decision.

After I got engaged, we set our wedding date quite quickly, so I started looking for my dress. I visited three different bridal stores before finding The White Gallery, and although I tried on many beautiful dresses, I never had that feeling people talk about, the moment when you just know. I kept thinking, “Maybe if I change this,” or “Maybe if I add a veil,” but nothing felt truly special or completely right.

In some places, I also felt like just another appointment, with limited time and a bit of pressure to make a decision, even though I wasn’t 100% sure.

Then a friend told me about a beautiful new bridal boutique she had seen in Neutral Bay called The White Gallery. We booked an appointment for the next morning, and from the moment I walked in, everything felt completely different.

The boutique itself is absolutely stunning, with impeccable taste and the most beautiful selection of gowns. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Alex.

Alex is warm, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can tell when someone genuinely loves their work, and she never made me feel like I was just a sale. She made me feel like her priority was helping me find the right dress, whether that dress was there or somewhere else.

She asked thoughtful, intelligent questions and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. It felt like a real conversation, not just an appointment. She looked at my ideas, listened carefully, and then selected a few dresses she thought could suit me.

I tried on a couple of gowns, and then I tried on the one. The moment I put it on, I knew. For the first time, there was nothing I wanted to change. It was the most beautiful dress I had ever seen in my life. I cried, and I finally understood what people mean when they say, “When you know, you know.”

I was completely sure. It didn’t matter what anyone else thought  I knew it was my dress. And everyone who saw it had the same reaction: wow. It truly was the most breathtaking dress.

Alex helped me with absolutely everything. Her taste is impeccable, but beyond that, her knowledge and care made all the difference. She has also been so generous in recommending wonderful people who can help with different parts of the wedding, including photographers, alterations, hair and makeup. She helped me order the perfect sleeves for my dress and is also helping me find the perfect veil.

Finding a wedding dress is such an emotional and important part of the wedding journey, and having someone so professional, kind, experienced, and genuinely passionate makes all the difference.

I cannot recommend The White Gallery and Alex enough. If you are a bride looking for a beautiful dress and a truly special experience, this is the place to go.

Loved my experience at White Gallery! Such a beautiful new boutique with a stunning open layout and a really special atmosphere. The stylists were attentive, down to earth, and clearly very experienced in the wedding industry. I really appreciated how honest and knowledgeable they were throughout the appointment. I had such a beautiful experience The White Gallery. Jocie was absolutely incredible and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process of trying dresses on when I truly didn’t know the style I was looking for. What stood out most was the genuine empathy and support she showed me from the moment I walked through the door. I recently had the honour of accompanying one of my best friends in the search for her forever gown. The White Gallery experience is like no other we had encountered on our endless sourcing travels that day - the girls were sincere, knowledgeable and intuitive.
